Environment of the Children, Youth and Family Department
One of the best things that I have seen here at my internship is the way that people help each other. There is a good environment and it seems that everybody sees the many goal of the division and they are willing to help other out when they need it. The people seem to work out any disagreements quickly and there very kind to each other.

It is always interesting how some people find enough courage within, to put all pride aside and become one big great family. It is admirable if you ask me.
A few years ago, I worked at a non profit organization, and I saw how these people shared resources, and shared the little they had. I was a program assistant, however, I was the one being tought every day I worked with them, they showed me what real friendships were, what true sharing meant, and how unity and human connection can change our lives.
It was the best job I have ever had.
